Description
Dolphin Coast Striders is a community running club for Ballito, Salt Rock and the surrounding areas, catering for all standards or runners from beginners to racing snakes! We run every day except Monday from the Club House at 05.00 and have Time Trial every Thursday evening at 17.45 (summer) and 17.30 (winter). Come along and run!
